Daily Stretching & Mobility

The core of our programming. An ongoing series of 15 minute video routines, laid out in a monthly format. Meant to be completed once per day, automatically revealing more content as you progress.

Great to do after a day of skiing!

Strength Training

Program includes detailed explanations and uses minimal equipment. Focus on bringing muscle balance and stability with routines 20-30 minutes in length.

Excellent addition for training and injury prevention.

Meet The Team

 

Dynamic Athletics began in 2017 with the creation of Dynamic Cyclist. Our team has grown over the past 7 years as we have worked with our members to provide ongoing injury prevention and training specific for cyclists. In 2024, we launched Dynamic Skier as a means of providing a similar service for skiers. Our goal is to provide quality content from industry professionals in a form that is easy to use and achieve results. 

Our Team is based in Kelowna, BC, Canada and is made up of a small group of athletic therapists, coaches, and weekend warriors who want to ski pain free!
